Planting Design Services

Planting Services Wild Clover

Planting Design

For existing gardens that would benefit from a thoughtfully designed planting scheme without the need for a full redesign, this service focuses on creating naturalistic, wildlife-friendly planting that is both beautiful and low maintenance. Each scheme is carefully composed to provide seasonal structure, support biodiversity, and ensure plants are well suited to the conditions of your garden.

Having grown up in the Chew Valley area (near Bristol and Bath) and have spent over ten years working as a professional gardener in the area, I have a strong understanding of the local soil, climate, and growing conditions. Combined with extensive horticultural knowledge, this allows me to select resilient plants that will thrive, creating planting that feels natural, balanced, and enduring.

A Planting Package may include;

  • 2 site visits - Analysis and Presentation

  • Detailed planting plans and layout

  • Species selection

  • Planting Moodboards

  • Seasonality Charts

  • Wildlife-friendly and low maintenance schemes.

If you need something a bit more than planting, please see my Garden Design Services for more details.

Once the design is complete, I can source plants from trusted trade nurseries at competitive rates and arrange planting if required.

If you would prefer a simpler level of design detail, we can also discuss tailoring the scope of work to create a bespoke package for your project.
